Job summary

H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the friendly face of the office. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, and support daily operations alongside tax professionals.

This in-person role requires excellent communication and organization, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends during tax season. You will coordinate appointments, direct clients to the right tax expert, and ensure documents are scanned and organized.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
