H&R Block in Little Rock, AR is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. You will manage client scheduling, check-in, and daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

Training provides a stepping stone into tax preparation or office leadership. This in-person role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and confidentiality as you support busy tax season with evenings and weekends availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with the team and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs (MS Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and serve as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion.
