Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations in person in Georgia.

You will work with tax professionals to connect clients with the right services and ensure a professional first impression throughout peak tax season. This in-person role requires availability evenings and weekends during tax season and offers opportunities to grow into tax preparation or office leadership as training is

• Comfort using basic computer programs and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness for a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and care.
