Qualifications

• 2+ years customer support experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with sales techniques or cross-selling/upselling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about bank products and services.
• Process deposits, transfers, and routine account-related requests in a timely manner.
• Address customer questions, resolve problems, and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Support research and resolution of customer issues through effective communication.
