Bank of Bird-in-Hand is seeking a Mobile Customer Service Representative I to join our Community Banking team in Paradise, PA. You will engage with walk-in customers at our mobile branch, answer inquiries, and process deposits and routine account requests with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role requires 1+ year of banking experience, excellent verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of banking experience.
• Strong verbal communication required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry.
• Experience with sales techniques or cross-selling is advantageous.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about bank products and services.
• Process transactions and routine account-related requests (transfers, AFTs, stop payments, checks, deposits).
• Resolve customer issues by analyzing needs and coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation with accurate data entry and attention to detail.
