Magnet ABA Therapy in Denver, CO is hiring a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under a BCBA supervision. The role provides direct one-on-one therapy in person, data collection, and progress monitoring.

You will teach social, communication, and daily living skills, collaborate with BCBA to adjust plans, and support families while benefiting from paid training, flexible scheduling, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to collect data accurately and document progress as part of ABA programs.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and BCBA teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
