Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-person, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized programs, collect data, and help develop behavior support plans for clients with developmental disabilities.

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
