Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to collect and record daily progress data.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
