Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver individualized ABA services in person. You will work under a BCBA to implement behavior interventions, collect progress data, and help families reinforce skills at home and in daily routines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to data accuracy, and compassionate support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Training will be provided, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
