Job summary

Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect progress data, support development of behavior plans, and help clients learn social and daily living skills.

Prior ABA experience is preferred but not required; training is provided. A collaborative team environment and opportunities for professional growth are offered, with competitive benefits and in-person work in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA or as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to new staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record progress data on client behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBA to adjust treatment plans.
