Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support behavior plans, and provide one-on-one therapy to help clients develop social and daily living skills.

We emphasize collaboration with BCBAs, maintaining strong relationships with families, and delivering compassionate, client-centered care in an in-person setting. Training is provided, with growth opportunities in our ABA practice.
