Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking compassionate staff to deliver in-person ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in a clinical setting. You will provide one-on-one ABA sessions, implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and support client goals for communication, social skills, and daily living tasks.

• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
