Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy in person. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized intervention plans, track client progress, and support the development of social, communication, and daily living skills.

• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
