Magnet ABA Therapy in Findlay, OH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, collect data, and help implement behavior support plans while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred, but not required.
Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is helpful.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
Provide direct one-on-one therapy using ABA techniques.
Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
