Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform tax preparation and advisory services in a local TurboTax location. You will work on-site with a team, handling customer meetings, tax reviews, and ongoing support to ensure accurate filings and high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes building relationships, expanding local client base, and integrating with Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping and payroll, while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and retain customers.
• Develop relationships and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team collaboration.
