Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to prepare taxes for in-person and remote clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, engage the community, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem for year‑round support. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, expanding the local client base, and providing professional guidance across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services in a collaborative, on-site

Qualifications

  • EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
  • Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
  • 3+ years of paid tax prep with 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
  • Grow TurboTax client base; engage community with workshops and outreach.
  • Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for client needs.
