Mission Staffing is seeking a confident Talent Acquisition Specialist for finance, based in CT. This hands-on recruiter owns the full hiring process and partners with senior leadership to build strategic staffing. The position demands entrepreneurial, proactive thinking in a fast-paced environment and offers visibility across executives.

You will drive sourcing, screening, and offers while managing candidate communications and onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Agency, search, or in-house recruiting experience considered.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Comfortable using recruiting technology and emerging AI tools.
• Professional and confident when interacting with senior-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from initial intake through offer and onboarding
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies
• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and assessment
• Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Assist with offer negotiations and closing candidates
• Support a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through start date
• Maintain accurate recruiting information and activity within internal systems
• Assist with job descriptions, postings, and other recruiting materials
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates to internal stakeholders
• Utilize technology and AI tools to improve sourcing, research, and recruiting efficiency
• Contribute to process improvements and other team initiatives as needed
