Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping: AP, AR, GL entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit cards across entities.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Prepare journal entries; support period closes.
• Collaborate with CPA on year-end reporting and taxes.
• Create/vendor 1099 forms and maintain W9 records.
• Assist with payroll-related reporting and admin tasks.
• Track invoices, payments, and expenses; support budgeting.
