Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multi-location service organizations.
• Strong inventory accounting, reconciliation, and controls experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Own inventory accounting and reconciliation across locations and entities.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and reconcile to system balances.
• Analyze inventory variances and work with operations on corrective actions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
