Job summary

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, P&L support, AP/AR processing, and budgeting assistance. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is essential, with 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience; hospitality/multi-unit experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and accounting/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end adjustments.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
• Support multi-unit P&L preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist with AP/AR processing, vendor management, and payment cycles.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Support audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow activity and support treasury functions as needed.
• Partner with operations leaders to resolve discrepancies and improve financial accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across locations.
