Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Phoenix to support customers, field teams, and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement in a fast-paced environment.

Under the Traffic Control Manager, you will help balance regional inventory levels and review reports to improve equipment availability and accuracy. A high school diploma is required, with strong communication and multitasking abilities valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
