Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with office equipment (phones, computers, printers) is essential.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to confirm U-Box deliveries/pickups, including high-volume periods.
• Support warehouse staff with equipment hookups and reservation management.
• Coordinate daily route scheduling and reservation management for CCRs.
• Use Word, Outlook, Excel, POS and other U-Haul systems daily.
• Assist customers in-store with packing supply purchases.
• Complete other warehouse/store upkeep tasks as assigned by manager.
