Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking aSenior Recruiter to join our Denver-area headquarters. You will manage requisitions from entry to leadership, train hiring managers, and optimize postings, offers, and ATS usage while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote; the ideal candidate will source proactively, build pipelines, and drive recruiting processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field and corporate recruiting experience at nationwide level including exempt/non-exempt and sales roles.
• 3 years’ experience in sourcing and managing candidates using ATS and building pipelines via social media (LinkedIn).
• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume organization.
• Experience partnering with and building relationships at all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads and stakeholders.
• Act as SMEs and primary contact for factory hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting approach.
• Sourcing of candidates for all levels from entry to leadership.
• Identify and recruit qualified candidates through networking and social media (LinkedIn).
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and social channels.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews for assigned requisitions; schedule follow-ups for hiring managers.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with regular communication.
• Guide hiring managers on ATS usage, job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Create, review, approve, and maintain job requisitions, postings, and offer letters in ATS.
• Promote company values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates.
