Hunter+Sage in North Houston is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with hiring leaders within the local HR team.

You will recruit across a wide range of roles and help strengthen the organization’s talent strategy by creating internship and apprenticeship programs and developing pipelines for future workforce needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, construction, field services, DOT, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to independently source and engage candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and operational leadership.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to use recruiting data and metrics to improve processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing talent pipelines, internships or workforce initiatives is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and candidate acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, social media, networks, job boards, schools, and partnerships.
• Conduct candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess fit.
• Manage interview processes and maintain communication with candidates and teams.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Develop compelling job ads and recruitment campaigns to attract talent.
• Help establish and improve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
