Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate admin support or transaction management.
• Proficiency with SkySlope, Follow Up Boss, MLS and MS Office is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• File management: open escrow files and ensure signatures and addendums are executed in SkySlope.
• Compliance review to meet brokerage standards and IDFPR rules.
• Track critical timelines including deposits, inspections, appraisals, and loan approvals.
• Serve as primary contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title/escrow officers, and inspectors.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and final walkthroughs.
• Maintain client database and transaction workflows daily using Follow Up Boss.
• Coordinate closing with the closing agent to ensure smooth signing.
