Lincoln Property Company in Baltimore is seeking an LPC Property Manager to lead all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties. This in-office role coordinates marketing, operations, and financial activities to meet client objectives.

The position requires directing leasing administration, budgeting, rent collection, reporting, and vendor management with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Real Estate license required where applicable; CPM/RPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Experience with commercial properties and leases; vendor contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Owner Representative to align with client objectives and deliver reports.
• Lead tenant relations and ensure prompt, policy-compliant issue resolution.
• Prepare monthly operating and capital expenditure budgets and variance reports.
• Administer leases, review changes, and monitor terms affecting financial performance.
• Oversee rent collection and AR reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Supervise and develop staff, manage schedules, and conduct evaluations.
