Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of training/externship
• Active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and clinical support across office and lab
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle front desk duties including check-in/out and insurance verification
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of lobby and exam rooms
