Qualifications

• This is an in-person, U.S.-based role with live phone support.
• Strong communication skills and professional tone required.
• Experience with Zendesk ticketing and routing preferred.
• Flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scheduled Partner Support phone shifts.
• Answer questions and resolve issues during the initial call when possible.
• Create or update Zendesk tickets for every interaction.
• Communicate next steps and ownership clearly.
• Maintain professional, solutions-oriented communication.
• Ensure clean handoffs between shifts and proper ticket routing.
• Proactively contact partners to resolve issues faster.
• Route tickets to correct owners and appropriate departments.
• Monitor and triage the shared ticket queue daily.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
