Job summary

ASHER Health is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to join us on-site in Richardson, TX. This role focuses on real-time, live conversations to resolve partner issues in the first contact and maintain a single point of contact throughout the resolution process.

You'll manage requests across voice, text, email, and chat via Zendesk, collaborate with Billing, Pharmacy, Clinical, and Tech teams, and provide white-glove support to priority partners. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer support, help desk, or call center work (B2B or healthcare is a plus).
• Experience with any support or ticketing software. We’ll train you on Zendesk.
• You’re a confident communicator in live conversations, and you stay calm and solutions‑focused with frustrated partners
• You’re organized, you follow through, and you own problems instead of passing them along
• You adapt easily in a fast‑moving healthcare environment

Responsibilities

We’re growing our Partner Support team and looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join us on‑site in Richardson. This isn’t a scripted call center job. It’s a relationship-focused help desk role for someone who values real, live connection over back‑and‑forth messages.

What you’ll do

• Connect with partners in real time and solve their issues in the first conversation whenever possible
• Reach out to partners proactively, so they hear from us before they have to ask
• Manage and route partner requests from voice, text, email, and chat in Zendesk
• Work with our Billing, Pharmacy, Clinical, and Technology teams, and stay the partner’s single point of contact until the issue is closed
• Give white-glove support to our priority partners

What we’re looking for

The details

• Full-time, hourly: $24–$27/hr
• In office in Richardson, TX, Monday–Friday. Most shifts run about 9–5, with occasional early or late shifts as the team grows. Weekend work is rare and only for emergencies.
• Structured onboarding: 2 weeks of guided training, then you go live in week 3
• You’ll report to our Partner Support & Billing Manager
