Job summary

ASHER Health is seeking a Partner Support Specialist to join us on-site in Richardson, TX. This role focuses on real-time, live conversations to resolve partner issues in the first contact and maintain a single point of contact throughout the resolution process.

You'll manage requests across voice, text, email, and chat via Zendesk, collaborate with Billing, Pharmacy, Clinical, and Tech teams, and provide white-glove support to priority partners. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer support, help desk, or call center work (B2B or healthcare is a plus).
• Experience with any support or ticketing software. We’ll train you on Zendesk.
• You’re a confident communicator in live conversations, and you stay calm and solutions‑focused with frustrated partners
• You’re organized, you follow through, and you own problems instead of passing them along
• You adapt easily in a fast‑moving healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Connect with partners in real time and solve their issues in the first conversation when possible.
• Proactively reach out to partners to reduce initiative on their part.
• Manage and route partner requests from voice, text, email, and chat in Zendesk.
• Collaborate with Billing, Pharmacy, Clinical, and Technology teams, and stay the single point of contact until resolution.
• Provide white-glove support to priority partners
