Job summary

ASHER Health in the Dallas area is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive new partner bookings for our wellness platform. You will call wellness business owners, qualify their needs, and schedule 30-minute implementation calls with our consultants.

This full-time role reports to the Chief Sales Officer, offers a $55,000 base plus $30 per booking that becomes a paying partner, and includes health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years in a phone-first job with a scoreboard: BDR, SDR, appointment setting, inside sales, or similar.
• You persist when lists are cold, adapt based on feedback, and enjoy a career in sales.
• Spanish helps; wellness/fitness or med spa experience helps.

Responsibilities

• Call wellness business owners, quickly discover what they are trying to build, and schedule a 30-minute implementation call with a consultant.
• Confirm bookings the day before and day-of; leave clear notes for the consultant and ensure a close.
• Avoid quoting pricing; you call only warm leads who have raised their hand.
