Job summary

Steadfast General Contractors Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will assist with inputting project budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate billing across multiple projects, collaborating with project managers and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and timely communication, with competitive hourly pay of $25–$35 and benefits after probation. Prior construction accounting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input project budgets and buyout proposals into Procore.
• Process invoices with accurate coding and detailed documentation.
• Prepare and submit payment applications.
• Communicate with subcontractors to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions.
• Coordinate with project managers on billing and project-related financials.
• Track and follow up on outstanding items as needed.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the team.
