Responsibilities

• Review and enter customer orders into SAP with accuracy.
• Verify stock availability and lead times, coordinate with headquarters in Germany.
• Communicate order status updates to customers and sales reps.
• Monitor orders through confirmation and release for shipping; assist with receivables.
