Job summary

Oxford Instruments in Concord, MA seeks an organized Order Management Coordinator to support invoicing, warranty registrations, service lead coordination, and related order-to-cash activities within the Customer Operations & Order Management team.

You will work with Sales, Service and Finance to ensure accurate order processing, billing execution, data integrity, and exceptional customer service throughout the customer lifecycle, using SAP, ERP and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Business Admin, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Order Management or related role.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, and CRM systems; invoicing and warranty processing.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently.
• Activate warranties and process POS contracts and extended warranties in the ERP.
• Manage department mailbox and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Route and track technical support cases and coordinate resolution with Service teams.
• Review SAP-generated service leads and coordinate with service teams for follow-up.
