IDS Imaging Development Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to assist with order management, sales operations, and shipping in our Woburn, MA office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service to both our team and our customers.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong communication with our customers, sales team, and colleagues at our headquarters in Germany.

Work Location:

This position is office based, and we will only be considering candidates within commuting distance to our Woburn, Massachusetts office. We strive to keep our workplace healthy and happy with a conscious effort on maintaining a responsible work-life balance.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Order Management

• Review and accurately enter customer orders into SAP
• Verify stock availability and product lead times
• Coordinate with colleagues at headquarters in Germany
• Monitor orders for confirmation
• Evaluate and release orders for shipping
• Communicate order status updates to customers and sales representatives
• Collaborate with accounting team on receivables
• Maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Salesforce
• Support the integrity of customer and sales data

Shipping & Inventory Support

• Process outgoing shipments
• Monitor stock availability and inventory-related information

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or an operational role
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous SAP experience is required: Salesforce, Confluence and Microsoft 365 experience a plus
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• General understanding of business operations and the order-to-cash process

This is an entry level role in our company with room to grow your skill set and career.

Salary Range: $26 – 28/hour, $55k - $58K annually to start
