Medical Packaging Inc., in Flemington, NJ, seeks a collaborative professional to support Sales and Marketing in-office. The role blends order entry, lead routing, reporting, and CRM administration with marketing collateral, trade show logistics, and asset organization.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service, adapting to diverse priorities and contributing wherever needed.

Qualificações

• Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, or similar analytics tools.
• Basic financial and analytical aptitude to support reporting and insights.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation and proofreading.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations in Teams or similar.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate order entry.
• Review inbound marketing leads and route to sales reps; support lead distribution.
• Provide admin support to Commercial Operations; assist in meetings and training.
• Maintain and update sales and marketing collateral and organize assets.
• Coordinate trade shows and marketing campaigns; manage campaigns and assets.
• Track prospect activity using Salesforce and analytics tools to provide insights.
• Create reports and dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint; present findings in online meetings.
• Maintain CRM data and support reporting and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service.
