Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, collaborating with a broader team to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for diverse client needs. You will also grow the TurboTax client base in the local community, drive referrals, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to build long-term relationships while offering access to the full

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build relationships with prospects and partners.
Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and ongoing client engagement.
