Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and support clients in-person and virtually using TurboTax products.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience and help grow the local client base while building

Qualifications

EA or CPA preferred with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week during peak season.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address complex tax scenarios.
Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and events.
Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experience and ensure client satisfaction.
Build long-term client relationships and community trust.
Organize local financial literacy events and networking sessions.
