rb LEGAL, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to act as the operational engine alongside the Managing Attorney. This in-person role in St. Louis Park MN focuses on streamlining processes, leading a small team, and aligning operations with firm strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal setting or professional field preferred.
• Ability to view the firm as a manager first and a legal professional second.
• Proven track record leading people, projects, and process improvements.
• Comfort with technology and implementing new systems.
• Working knowledge of budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and lead the support team.
• Design and maintain SOPs; optimize workflows to remove bottlenecks.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding; establish KPIs.
• Coordinate communications between the owner, attorneys, staff and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and billing cycles; monitor A/R.
• Lead technology deployment and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Act as chief of staff for executive projects.
