Job summary

WOW! is seeking an IT Support Technician to work in-office in Denver, CO. You will provide Level 2 support, manage user accounts, and ensure connectivity to business applications across departments, including onboarding/offboarding and device management.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, Windows/AD experience, and a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional ready to train others on new technologies. In-office schedule with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two-year IT or related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in IT support, ideally in a help desk/call center.
• MCSA/MSCE/MCP certifications preferred.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support and resolve escalations from the Level 1 Service Desk.
• Resolve issues via Email, phone, remote console, onsite, and ticketing system.
• Install, moves, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware.
• Device management for employee-owned and company devices.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and ensure proper access.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding for new hires and departures.
• Provide training on new technologies.
• Install OS and application updates and patches.
• Verify and troubleshoot PC/Network cabling.
• Rebuilds and redeploys PCs and laptops to end-users.
• Create and maintain documentation on procedures, security profiles, inventories.
