WOW! in Nashua, NH is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide Level 2 IT support in-office. You will work with multiple departments, install and troubleshoot hardware, manage user accounts and AD access, and ensure connectivity to critical applications.

The role includes onboarding/offboarding, device management, and training on new technologies. In-office requirements and competitive benefits accompany salary of $45,000–$55,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year IT, computer science, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years relevant IT experience; call center experience preferred.
• Certifications: MCSA, MSCE, MCP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking (Routers, Switches, Firewalls), Active Directory, and user security.
• Experience with ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides Level 2 IT support and resolves escalations.
• Resolve technical issues via email, phone, remote, onsite, and ticketing system.
• Install, move, troubleshoot and upgrade hardware.
• Manage user accounts and AD access.
• Ensure connectivity to business-critical apps and services.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Install and support end-user applications and OS updates.
• Maintain PC/Laptop deployment and asset inventory.
