Job summary

WOW! in Pinellas Park, FL (in-office) is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver Level 2 IT support for WOW! employees.

This role collaborates with multiple departments, handles moves, installs hardware, and supports mobile devices while maintaining AD access and security policies. Qualifications

• Two-year degree in IT or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience; call center experience preferred.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MSCE or MCP strongly preferred.
• Understanding of basic networking (Routers, Switches, Firewalls) and Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows desktops and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with ticketing systems; ServiceNow is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support and resolve escalations from Level 1.
• Resolve issues via email, phone, remote console, onsite, and ticketing system.
• Install, moves, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware.
• Perform printer installations and equipment moves.
• Support personal devices and company devices.
• Manage user accounts in Windows Active Directory.
• Ensure access to business-critical applications.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct training on new technologies.
• Install and support applications, both off-the-shelf and internal.
• Install OS updates and patches.
• Verify PC/Network cabling.
• Rebuild, maintain, and redeploy PCs and laptops.
• Create and maintain phone extensions and voicemail boxes.
• Educate end users on Email and phone usage.
• Ensure antivirus coverage across PCs.
• Document processes, inventories, and security profiles.
• Provide night and weekend maintenance coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
