Job summary

WOW! in Nashua, NH is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver in-office technical support for staff. You will handle Level 2 escalations, assist with installs, account management in Active Directory, and ensure reliable access to critical apps.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, AD knowledge, Windows OS expertise, and strong customer communication. In-office schedule with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Two-year IT degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a call center environment.
• Certifications: MCSA, MSCE, MCP preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, hardware and software skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support and handle escalations from Level 1.
• Resolve issues via email, phone, remote, onsite and ticketing system.
• Perform printer installations and equipment moves.
• Support employee-owned and company devices.
• Manage user accounts in Windows Active Directory.
• Ensure connectivity to business-critical applications.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Conduct training on new technologies.
• Install and support end-user apps; OS updates/patches.
• Verify PC/Network cabling; rebuild/deploy PCs.
• Create and maintain phone extensions/voicemails.
• Educate end users on Email and Phones usage.
• Keep PCs protected with up-to-date virus protection.
• Document processes, security profiles and inventories.
• Provide night/weekend coverage as needed.
