Account Control Technology is hiring an Onsite Call Center Representative in Peachtree Corners, GA. Starting Monday, 10/5/2026, the role offers $16.00 per hour with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Training runs three weeks plus nesting, followed by extended hours of operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent relevant work experience desired.
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard PC skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues via various communication channels.
• Document and update all work events accurately in required systems.
• Identify root causes and determine resolutions.
• Maintain and organize backup information to substantiate payments.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain value of non-regulated products and services during calls where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
