Responsibilities

• Lead, coach & develop the Customer Service team with focus on performance and accountability.
• Elevate the customer experience and ensure timely, professional servicing.
• Provide billing oversight and support for accounts receivable and collections.
• Improve processes and coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Accounting.
• Promote accountability and safety within the team.
