H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist in person in the Iowa area. You will be the welcoming first impression for clients, manage scheduling, and support daily office operations alongside tax professionals.

This is a non-remote, in-office position with evenings/weekends during tax season. The role offers growth potential into tax preparation or office leadership with training and support.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
