Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists in Houston, TX seeks a Brokerage Sales Coordinator focused on admin and marketing support. This 100% in-office role includes occasional after six months one WFH day per week.

You will produce marketing deliverables using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; manage property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and the company site; run email campaigns and coordinate vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years supporting multiple people in commercial real estate or professional services.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Capable of taking charge and meeting business/client goals.
• Self-starter with proactive initiative and strong written/oral communications.
• Team-oriented and detail focused; adept at cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced MS Office skills; Canva experience is a plus; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution: produce brochures, flyers, maps and email assets using Adobe tools; manage property listings on CoStar, LoopNet, View the Space, and company site; execute emails and coordinate creatives.
• Brokerage Operations: manage multiple projects with minimal direction; create client deliverables; maintain CRM and collect broker receipts.
• Administrative and Office Support: handle scheduling, meetings, client greetings, travel arrangements and office maintenance; support team initiatives with a service mindset.
