Burnett Staffing Specialists in Northwest Houston is partnering with a Houston-area company to recruit a Sales Coordinator for a 100% in-office role. You will support customers through the post-sale process, handling orders and coordinating projects from start to finish.

The position offers a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a salary of $45,000–$50,000, and requires professional office experience in a product-based environment. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have professional office experience supporting customer orders and projects.
• Experience in a product-based business is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with multi-priority management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, exchanges, returns, and related requests.
• Respond to questions regarding orders, pricing, product info, availability, and shipping status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to keep customer orders and projects moving forward.
• Obtain purchase order numbers and payment information as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records.
• Track open orders and follow up through completion.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies, changes, and other customer needs.
• Verify and update customer account information.
• Provide occasional front-office and administrative support as needed.
