Job summary

Schurz Communications, Inc. through Antietam Broadband is seeking a Business Sales Executive in Hagerstown, MD. This in-market hunter role focuses on quota-driven new revenue and base management, with 100% in-person duties in Washington County, MD.

The position offers uncapped commissions and a signing bonus to drive performance. The role requires developing local business partnerships, delivering presentations, and collaborating with IT/Operations and Marketing to maximize revenue

Qualifications

5-7+ years of sales experience in telephony, data and video systems preferred.
Experience in consultative selling process, including pre-call prospecting and setting appointments, completing needs analysis, creating proposals, and closing business.
Strong negotiation, problem solving, networking and analytical skills.
Excellent time management and organization.
Strong desire to drive sales activity with an enterprise client base.
Experience with Metro E Fiber access, managed network services, and cloud solutions (DRaaS/UCaaS/SECaaS/IaaS).
Experience with IT Managed Service Providers.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research identifying new business development opportunities.
Build sales relationships with businesses and local organizations to promote services.
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations.
Stay informed on technologies and designs related to networking and business continuity.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
