Antietam Broadband in Hagerstown, MD is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to generate revenue through our cable television and digital advertising products. You will develop advertising campaigns, manage the sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates have media or digital advertising sales experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the drive to exceed quotas. This is a full-time role with an uncapped commission structure and a high earning potential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or commensurate work experience.
• 1 year of media experience, preferably digital marketing is required.
• Prior experience with television and digital advertising sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of digital advertising products including SEO, SEM, programmatic display, streaming TV, video pre-roll, email marketing, social media advertising, and device ID.
• Experience in consultative selling processes including prospecting, needs analysis, proposals and closing.

Responsabilidades

• Studies and understands all facets of the media products and services offered.
• Trains in sales tactics and approaches approved by the company.
• Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, events, or other means.
• Delivers a skilled sales pitch to secure a sale by phone or in person.
• Explains benefits and audience potential of media offerings to clients.
• Negotiates pricing and details costs when necessary.
• Tracks media purchases and ensures timely completion.
• Keeps accurate notes of client interactions and activities.
• Works to maximize sales and meet quotas in the short and long term.
